This patient presented to the office deciding that he finally wanted
to take care of his teeth after many years of drinking soda and
neglect. His first few visits involved getting rid of all the cavities he
had present so that the new all-porcelain restorations would
have a sound base.
Impressions were taken to build the plan to restore his missing
and worn teeth. A full mouth rehabilitation was performed with
all-ceramic crowns, veneers, and bridgework to restore his
bite relationship, missing and worn teeth.
His bite was finalized with T-scan occlusal equilibration to ensure
that his restorations would provide a perfect balanced bite
relationship. This is important to make sure that some of the teeth
